Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19 please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please check your address for accuracy before finalizing your order. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day. An email confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the email address provided in the billing information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer returns on purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NO CHANGES can be made once an order has been placed.

Please be sure to look at the size guide on each item before ordering or contact customer service at hello@shopfitfresh.com for assistance with sizing.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Exchange on defective items

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size. Your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Email hello@shopfitfresh.com for further instructions.
